  1. Why do we need to see actual samples?
    Seeing and touching the actual samples lets you have an actual look and feel of the product before an order is placed. Catalogue / on screen (browsers) colors and texture shown may vary.


  2. Why do you need to come to our location for viewing?
    This is so that we can have a better look and inspection of your location for project analysis. We can also provide better advice / solution for the project. Not all installations are the same or is applicable to all projects.


  3. Why do you sometimes charge a lump sum or based on square feet or per set?
    This is because quotes varies depending on product, amount and quantity ordered.


  4. Why do I need to sign the agreement invoice?
    We need to accurately place your order. All orders are placed based on what is stated on the invoice agreement. This is to ensure that you get what you ordered.


  5. Why do I need to place a deposit?
    We need to make sure that the project is confirmed before placing an order. It is also a "protective" measure for you and us under the law to ensure that all stated in the agreement is being carried out.
